本機用于威蒂運輸機發生事故時緊急停機。

2.工作原理
當膠帶運輸現場發生緊急事故時，可拉動系在拉繩開美吊耳上的鋼絲繩，使機內的滑塊控制內部微動開關動作，發出停機或警報信號。白動復位機型在松開鋼絲繩后自動復位。手動復位機型需操作復位手柄后方可復位。
3.使用與安裝

開關罕衡地按在機架的固定支架上;
將銅絲繩系在兩囂的拉環上。每惻繩不超過3OMⅠ有坡度時應當縮短〉﹔
拉繩壓力應適宜,以確保開關可靠復位;

拉繩沿膠帶平行方向設置，每3M加一吊環﹔

鋼絲緝按用戶所雷規格,廠方可代購。

4.結構特點
本機采用鋁合金精密壓鑄殼體,強度高，重量輕;
外殼防護等級達IP67，可在惡劣環境中長期工作;
機內采用進口元件,觸點容量大，動作靈敏,可靠。

5.接線方式
本機出廠時已配長度為1米電纜線,接線方式參照標牌所標線色。
6.主要技術參數

2.Working Principle
When there is an emergency at the tape transportation site, the steel wire rope attached to the rope switch lifting ears can be pulled,so that the slider inside the machine controls the internal micro switch to actuate and send out a shutdown or alarm signal.The
automatic reset model will automatically reset after loosening the wire rope.The manual reset model can only be reset afteroperating the reset handle.
3.Use & Installation

1.The switch is pressed on the fixed bracket of the rack in abalanced manner.

2.Tie the steel wire rope to the pull rings at both ends,and therope on each side should not exceed 30M (it should beshortened when there is a slope).
3.The pressure of the pull rope should be appropriate to ensurethe reliable reset of the switch.
4.The pull rope is set along the parallel direction of the tape,and a lifting ring is added every 3M.
5.The steel wire rope can be purchased according to thespecifications required by the user.
