2.工作原理
當運行中的股帶發生跑偏現象時，股帶邊緣帶動立棍旋轉并擠壓使之傾斜，若立棍傾斜角度大于一級動作角度時，開關發出一組開關信號，如立棍繼續傾斜大于二級動作角度時則輸出另一組開關信號。兩組開關信號可分別用于告警或停機，膠帶機復位正常運行后，立棍自動復位。
3.使用與安裝
1、將跑偏開關固定在支架上,然后焊接在膠帶機架上;
2、立棍軸線與膠帶平面相垂直,立棍與膠帶邊緣距離為Lm50 100mm膠帶位于立棍下端1/3處;
3、每50M膠帶可安裝跑偏開關—對;

2.Working Principle
When the running tape has a deviation phenomenon, the edge of the tape drives the vertical stick to rotate and squeeze to tit tlf the vertical stick tilit angle is greater than the first-level action angle , the switch sends a group of switching signals, such asthe vertical stick continues totit more than When the operating angle is at the same level, another set of switching signals isoutput.The two sets of switch signals can be used for alarm or shutdown respectively.After the belt conveyor is reset and running.the vertical stick is automatically reset.
3.Use & Installation
1.Fix the deviation switch on the bracket, and then weld it to the tape frame;
2.The axis of the vertical stick is perpendicular to the plane of the tape, and the distance between the vertical stick and the edgeof the tape is L= 50- 100mm;
3.The tape is located at 1/3 of the lower end of the stick;
