用于輸送機膠帶跑偏的檢測，防止由于膠帶跑偏而造成物料溢出等故障。本機廣泛應用于礦山、電力及化工等行業的運輸系統中。

2.工作原理
跑偏開關安裝在輸送機兩側，當輸送機跑偏時，輸送帶觸碰開關立輾使立輾偏轉，當立輾偏轉角度達到一級開關角度時，開關發出報警信號。當輸送帶跑偏嚴重，達到二級開關角度時，開關發出停機信號，實現輸送帶跑偏故障自動停機。RHROS-2D-11型兩級跑偏開關有可靠的輸送帶跑偏檢測功能,鑄鋁外殼。

3.使用與安裝
防偏開關可固定在輸送機縱梁頂部或底部，動作桿距膠帶邊緣約25MM。通常安裝在膠帶兩側距頭部或尾部0.3-2米的地方。
當運行中的膠帶發生跑偏現象時，股帶邊緣帶動立棍旋轉并擠壓使之傾斜，若立棍傾斜角度大于一級動作角度時，開關發出一組開關信號，如立棍繼續傾斜大于二級動作角度時則輸出另一組開關信號。兩組開關信號可分別用于告警或停機，膠帶機復位正常運行后，立棍自動復位。

4.運輸和貯存
1.產品在運輸的過程中應避兔碰撞及水浸泡;

.產品應保存在通風干燥的倉庫中。

3.Use & Installation
The anti-sway switch can be fixed on the top or bottom of the longitudinal beam of the conveyor, and the action lever is about25MM from the edge of the tape.Usually installed on the sides of the tape 0.3-2 meters away from the head or tail.
When the running tape has a deviation phenomenon, the edge of the tape drives the vertical stick to rotate and squeeze to tilt it.lf the vertical sticktilt angle is greater than the first-level action angle, the switch sends a group of switching signals, such as thevertical stick continues to tit more than When the operating angle is at the same level, another set of switching signals is output.The two sets of switch signals can be used for alarm or shutdown,respectively.After the beltconveyoris reset to normal operation,the vertical stick is automatically reset.

4.Transportation & Storage
1.The product should avoid collision and water immersion during transportation;

2.The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse.
