本機用于膠帶運輸機發生事故時緊急停機。開關為雙向觸動式，一端固定在拉繩螺栓，另一端固定在開關臂上，開關到固定點距離不超過25米，開關間距離不超過30米，當外力促使開關臂桿，轉動到報警（停機）位置時，開關鎖定，本機為手動復位機型，在故障排除后按下限位桿方能復位。

2.工作原理
當膠帶運輸現場發生緊急事故時，可拉動系在拉繩開關吊耳上的鋼絲繩，時機內的滑塊控制內部微動開關動作，發生停機或警報信號。自動復位機型在松開鋼絲繩后自動復位，手動復位機型需操作復位手柄后方可復位。

3.使用與安裝
1、開關平衡地按在機架的固定支架上;將鋼絲繩系在兩端的拉環上，每側繩不超
2、過30M（有坡度時應當縮短〕;
3、拉繩動作力應適宜，以確保開關可靠復位;
4、鋼絲繩沿膠帶平行方向設置，每10M加一個吊環;

4.主要技術參數

2.working Principle

When an emergency occurs at the tape transportation site, the steel wire rope attached to the rope switch liting ears can bepulled, and the slider in the timing controls the internal micro-switch action, and a shutdown or alarm signal occurs.Automaticreset models automatically reset after loosening the wire rope, manual reset models can only be reset after operating the resethandle.

3.Use & Installation

1.Press the switch in a balanced manner on the fixed bracketof the rack.Tie the steel wire rope to the pull rings at both ends,and the rope on each side should not exceed 30M(it should beshortened when there is a slope).

2.The pulling force should be appropriate to ensure the reliablereset of the switch.

3.The steel wire rope is set along the parallel direction of thetape,and a lifting ring is added every 10M.
