本機用于膠帶運輸機發生事故時緊急停機。

2.工作原理
開關為雙向觸動式，一端固定在拉繩螺栓，另一端固定在開關臂上，開關到固定點距離不超過25米，開關間距離不超過30米，當外力促使開關臂桿,轉動到報警〔停機）位置時,開關動作。

3.使用與安裝
1、開關平衡地按在機架的固定支架上;
2、將鋼絲繩系在兩端的拉環上，每惻繩不超過30M(有坡度時應當縮短);
3、拉繩壓力應適宜，以確保開關可靠復位;
4、拉繩沿膠帶平行方向設置,每3M加一吊環;
5、鋼絲繩按用戶所需規格,廠方可代購;

4.主要技術參數

2.Working Principle
When an emergency occurs at the tape transportation site, the steel wire rope attached to the lifting ears of the rope switch canbe pulled, so that the slider inside the machine controls the internal micro switch to actuate and issue a shutdown alarm signal.Automatic reset models automatically reset after loosening the wire rope, manual reset models can only be reset after operatingthe reset handle.

3.Use & lnstallation
1.Press the switch in a balanced manner on the fixed bracketof the rack.

2.Tie the steel wire rope to the pull rings at both ends,and therope on each side should not exceed 40M (it should beshortened when there is a slope).

3.The pulling force should be appropriate to ensure the reliablereset of the switch.

4.The steel wire rope is set along the parallel direction of thetape, and a lifting ring is added every 3M.

5.The steel wire rope can be purchased according to thespecifications required by the user.
