本機用于帶式輸送機運行中膠帶與主動滾筒出現打滑（失速）故障，可防止由于打滑所造成的嚴重事故的發生。本機還可用于多條帶式輸送機的連鎖啟動和停機，低速抱閘或超速保護等，使現場操作簡單化并提高了安全性。在鋼鐵、電力、煤礦及港口等有帶式輸送機的行業得到廣泛的應用。

2.工作原理
本套檢測器允許在AC220V±10%，50HZ的工作電壓范圍內使用，測速范圍在20~999R/MIN輸出狀態，常閉型。當出輪（從動盤）隨膠帶機運行而帶動內脈沖盤，在脈沖盤旋轉時傳感器的磁應信號輸入到控制電路中去，經觸發放大輸出，然后再進行計數，其計數值與預置數比較，判斷膠帶的帶速，即:正常速度、打滑速度、超速速度等等。同時，執行電路輸出相應的開關信號，達到監測目的。帶速可根據用戶提供而定，請用戶在訂購時給予注明，帶寬與檢測器無關。

3.使用與安裝
先將固定支架焊在輸送機的橫梁上;再將支臂用銷軸、開口銷連接在支架安裝后應滿足下述要求:打滑檢測器裝置按膠帶運行方向順向放置，觸輪距膠帶邊緣200-30OMM。

2.Working Principle
This set of detectors is allowed to be used in the working voltage range of AC220V ± 10%,50HZ, the speed measurement rangeis 2o ~ 999r/min output state, normally closed type.When the output wheel (driven disk) drives the internal pulse disk with therunning of the belt conveyor, the magnetic response signal of the sensor is inputinto the control circuit when the pulse disk rotates,and the output is amplified after triggering, and then counted. Set the number to compare the speed of the tape, that is: normalspeed, slip speed, overspeed.At the same time, the execution circuit outputs corresponding switching signals to achieve monitoringpurposes.The belt speed can be determined by the user.Please indicate when ordering.The bandwidth has nothing to do withthe detector.

3.Use & lnstallation

weld the fixed bracket to the crossbeam of the conveyor first.Then connect the arm with a pin and cotter pin to the bracketafter installation.The following requirements should be met:the slip detector device should be placed in the direction of thetape running, and touch the edge of the tape 200-30omm.
