本機用于膠帶運輸機輸送物料的檢測，可發出有載運行信號。如有灑水裝置連接，可實現對物料的自動酒水功能。本裝置也可適用于對向運行的膠帶機。 

2.工作原理
B型:該檢測裝置采用負荷式檢測，當膠帶上有物料時由于物料重量的作用使皮帶有相應的下沉值，當皮帶下沉時把檢測器頂部的托輾壓下，帶動內部感應部件移動使接近開關工作，給出一開關值，實現其檢測。檢測器安裝在上行膠帶下面，選擇膠帶有物料時下沉量比較大的地方，最好在兩個托棍之間，不要安裝在出料口附近。在沒有物料時使觸輪與膠帶剛好接觸。

3.使用與安裝
采用門式支架安裝架，將監測器固定于橫梁上，鏈球高度可以視現場情況確定，本裝置開關轉換角度為20°，對有傾角的膠帶機可適當調整安裝角度,可選擇掃把式或鐵鏈式。

2.Working Principle
Type B:The detection device uses load detection. When there is material on the tape, the belt has a corresponding sinking valuedue to the weight of the material. When the belt sinks, the roller on the top of the detector is pressed down. Drive the internalsensing component to move the proximity switch to work, and give a switch value to achieve its detection.The detector is installedunder the upward tape.Choose a place where the tape has a large amount of sinking material. t is best to be between the tworollers, and not near the discharge port.Keep the contact wheel in contact with the tape when there is no material.

3.Use & lnstallation
The door-type bracket is used to fix the monitor on the beam.The height of the chain ball can be determined according to the siteconditions. The switch angle of this device is 20° .Forinclined tape machines, the installation angle can be adjusted appropriately,and broom type or iron chain type can be selected.
