膠帶提升機防跑偏開關屬機電融合一體的新技術產品。對于皮帶輸送機、拉鏈機、刮板機、提升機及其它傳動機械出現的跑偏、錯位等故障時，能及時向微機控制系統發送報警信號或直接停機，有效的保護設備和人身安全、避免事故擴大化，達到保障生產、保護設備的目的。另外由于信號可發送至微機控制系統，方便實現工廠自動化控制，因此又可達到減員增效，集中控制，利于生產與調度的目的。廣泛應用于鋼鐵、電力、化工、水泥、煤炭、冶金、建材、礦山、港口碼頭、糧食、倉庫等各類使用輸送設備行業。

2.工作原理
膠帶提升機防跑偏開關，分別安裝在膠帶提升機上下左右壁板側，檢測膠帶上下左右跑偏。安裝時滾輪離膠帶有20-70mm距離可調整（由用戶自定，一般以不摩擦到滾輪為準）。當發生跑偏時膠帶向外側偏移至滾輪處，滾輪帶動調節桿使跑偏開關動作切斷設備。

3.使用與安裝

1、防跑偏開關一般在上下部機殼進入滾筒側各安裝一對位置在距上下滾筒中心1米左右，也可以根據需要安裝在中部機殼靠近膠帶滾筒處（防止膠帶運行擺動過大跑偏開關檢測失誤）;

2、安裝跑偏開關時滾輪應順著膠帶運行方向;
3、調整滾輪安裝距離允許膠帶偏移量（一般為40 -60mm ) ;
4、安裝結束后打開后蓋，調整微動開關凸輪進入凹槽，蓋上后蓋，接線。

2.Working Principle

The belt hoist deviation switch is installed on the upper and lower left and right side of the belt hoist, respectively.The roller canbe adjusted at a distance of 20-70mm from the tape during installation (user-defined, generally it does notrub against the roller).When the deviation occurs, the tape is shifted outward to the roller, and the roller drives the adjustment leverto cause the deviationswitch to cut off the device.

3.Use & lnstallation

1.The anti-sway switch is generally installed on the upper and lower casings entering the roller side, each pair of positions is about1 meter away from the center of the upper and lower rollers, or can be installed in the middle of the casing near the tape roller(To prevent the tape from swinging too much and the misalignment switch detection error);
2.The roller should follow the running direction of the tape when the deviation switch is installed;

3.Adjust the installation distance of the roller to allow the offset of the tape (generally 40-60mm);
4. Ater installation, open the back cover, adjust the micro switch cam into the groove,cover the back cover, and connect the wires.
