1.概述
在輸送帶出現撕裂、戳破、交界處損壞或銳利物凸出時，撕裂開關能給監視人員提供報警信號或關閉輸送機。撕裂開關成對安裝在傳送帶兩側，由兩段乙烯外套的航空鋼絲繩連接起來。航空鋼絲繩的一端固定在支撐托架上;另一端連接在撕裂開關的拉環，兩段航空鋼絲繩在傳送帶下形成一個監控面，當物體或撕裂的皮帶懸吊下來，掃落到航空鋼絲繩時，航空鋼絲繩拉動撕裂開關拉環使其動作,撕裂開關發出報警或停機信號。

2.工作原理
當膠帶運輸現場發生緊急事故時，拉動系在吊耳上的航空鋼絲繩，使機內的滑塊與開關作用，發出停機信號。松開鋼絲繩后，開關自動復位。

3.使用與安裝
1、開關平衡地安裝在機架固定支架上。
2、將開關以對的形式安裝在膠帶兩側，用鋼絲繩將兩個開關拉環連接，并用吊環使鋼絲繩的走式與膠帶平行。
3、拉繩動作應適宜，以確保開關可靠復位。一條膠帶可安裝多對開關。
4、安裝支架不隨開關提供,需另購買。

4.主要技術參數

Theother end is connected to the pull ring of the tear switch. The two sections of the aviation wire rope form a monitoring surfaceunder the conveyor belt.When the object or the torn belt is suspended and swept down to the aviation wire rope, the aviationwire rope pulls the tear switch pull ring During its action, the tear switch sends out an alarm or stop signal.

2.Working Principle
When an emergency occurs at the tape transportation site, the aviation wire rope attached to the lifting lug is pulled to make theslider and switch in the machine act and send out a stop signal.After loosening the wire rope, the switch is automatically reset.

3.Use& Installation

1 .The switch is installed on the rack fixing bracket in a balancedmanner.

2.Install the switches in pairs on both sides of the tape, connectthe two switch pull rings with a wire rope, and use the liftingring to make the wire rope run parallel to the tape.
3.The action of pulling the rope should be appropriate to ensurethe reliable reset of the switch. Multiple pairs of switches canbe mounted on a single piece of tape.
4.The mounting bracket is not provided with the switch and mustbe purchased separately.
