阻旋式溜槽堵塞檢測器安裝在溜槽側壁上，當溜槽內發生堵塞時，堆積的物料接觸到葉片時，馬達會停止轉運，內部開關輸出一組信號,排除故障后，馬達正常運轉。

2.結構特點
本檢測器采用鋁合金鑄造，強度高、重量輕;
不必從溜槽壁上整件拆除，即可輕易的檢查維修內部零部件;

本機選用進口行程開關，動作靈敏，可靠性高;
外形尺寸小，便于安裝。

3.接線方式
接線方式參照標牌所標線色。

4.使用與安裝
1、安裝在不受物料直接沖擊的溜槽垂直側壁上;
2、產品可分為兩個一組，安裝高度根據用戶需要而定，一般安裝于溜槽底部向上三分之二高度為宜;
3、本機也可用四個分兩組使用，一組安裝在溜槽側壁從底算起三分之一相對高度,作為輕度堵塞檢測。用于接振打裝置信號，當溜槽發生堵塞時,振打裝置接收到信號后，便開始振打;

4、另一組安裝底部三分這二處，作為重度堵塞檢測，發生堵塞時輸出停機信號:必要時請在葉片上方加固防護板。

4.Use & lnstallation

1. Installed on the vertical side wall of the chute that is not directlyimpacted by the material;

2.The product can be divided into two groups, and the installationheight is determined according to the needs of the user.Generally, it is suitable to install it at the bottom two-thirds ofthe height of the chute
3.This machine can also be used in two groups of four.Onegroup is installed on the side wall of the chute. Used to receivethe signal of the rapping device. when the chute is blocked,the rapping device will start rapping after receiving the signal;

4.Another group of installations, two points at the bottom of thethird group, is used for heavy blockage detection. When ablockage occurs, a stop signal is output.lf necessary,strengthen the protective plate above the blade.
