4.鐵芯
鐵芯采用優質取向冷軋硅鋼片材料制造,45°全斜接縫結構,心柱采用絕緣帶綁扎,鐵芯表面采用絕緣樹脂漆密封以防潮防銹,夾件及緊固件經表面處理以防止銹蝕。
此外,本公司還開發了多階步疊鐵芯工藝,鐵芯由剪切線自動堆棧,鐵芯成型采用不疊上鐵輒方案,有效地降低了空載損耗、空載損耗、空載電流和鐵芯噪音。
5.低壓箔式線圈
對于低電壓、大電流線圈,其短路時的短路應力較大,同時低壓匝數較少,低壓電流越大采用線繞型式其安匝不平穩問題越突出,散熱問題也需著重考慮,此時低壓采用箔式繞組可較好解決上述問題,首先箔式產品不存在軸向匝數和軸向繞制螺旋角,高低壓繞組安匝平衡,短路時變壓器軸向應力較小,其次由于其絕緣較薄,工藝上又可容易設置多層風道,散熱問題也較好解決。我廠低壓箔式線圈是STOLLBERG公司生產的自動箔式繞線機上自動繞制,內部焊接在繞線機上采用氬氣保護焊接,精度高,焊接電阻小,無外部焊接過程。繞組層間采用DMD絕緣,繞制完畢后端部用樹脂密封固化。
6.高壓澆注線圈
●主要材料和特性:
線圈采用F級絕緣的銅導線作導體,玻璃纖維與環氧樹脂復合材料作絕緣,其膨脹系數與銅導體相近,具有良好的抗沖擊、抗溫度變化、抗裂性能。玻璃纖維和環氧樹脂所有組成成份都具有自熄性,不會持續燃燒,也不會產生有毒氣體和污染環境。環氧樹脂具有良好的絕緣特性,特別適合制作高電壓等級的線圈。
●制造工藝:
線圈在高精度繞線機上繞制。繞制時在線圈內外層鋪敷玻璃纖維,變壓器容量較大時設計有通風道。線圈繞制完畢后進行真空干燥。整個澆注及固化過程按照工藝部門通過計算機網絡傳輸至澆注控制終端的工藝曲線完成。所有過程可在計算機終端隨時監視并由計算機根據情況自動調整。精密的制造過程使線圈無氣泡、空穴.
7.溫控裝置和風冷系統
保護外殼和對變壓器作進一步的安全保護,防護等級有IP20 Ip23等,外殼材料有冷軋鋼板,不銹鋼板、鋁合金板等供用戶選擇。
低壓出線用標準母線排出線,側出線和頂出線均可,也可以根據用戶的需求設計特殊的出現方式.

●Manufacturing process:

7.Temperature control device and air cooling system
The shell makes further protection for transformer. For users option, the grade of protection has IP20、IP23, ect.and the material has sort of cold-rolled steel plates and stdainless steel plates, ect.
The low-voltage outgoing line can adopt the method of standard bus bar group outgoing line, outgoing onthe transverse side and upper part as well as the very method that designed by the users.
